Pot level, cold brew lockout and tank temperature are set easily from advanced touch pad on front of machine. SplashGard funnel deflects hot liquids away from your hand. Coffee extraction is controlled with programmable pre-infusion or pulse brew and digital temperature control. Brewer offers digital temperature control and accuracy, automatic warmer shutoff, and dual voltage adaptability. Brewer can operate at 120V/15 amp or 120/208-240V/20 amp. Decanters are sold separately. Brewer is UL listed for commercial and industrial use. Brewer must be connected to a cold water system.
