USB provides authorized factory service for Brother, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, OKI, Kyocera, Sharp, Samsung and Xerox. Technicians are dispatched via their cell phones for timely repair. All Technicians are equipped to carry an extensive parts inventory. This reduces return trips and allows USB to claim 95%"First Time Fix" rate.

Authorized Warranty Repair Facility

USB is Factory Authorized Warranty Repair facility for Brother, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, OKI, Kyocera, Sharp, Samsung and Xerox printers and Fellowes shredders. Providing on-site and depot printer repair during the manufacturers One (1) Year warranty period. USB also offers extended warranties and service plans to accommodate your service needs once the manufactures warranty period expires.

Time & Materials Service Plan

This service plan is well suited for those moderate users who want quality service at an affordable price, but don’t feel their printing volume warrants a service agreement. Our "Time & Materials" plan offers the flexibility and convenience of paying for repairs as they arise. With a standard response time of next business day, a USB service technician will provide on-site repair at the following rates:

Analog Copiers, Wide Format, Scanners, Folding Machines:

Carry in Repair (Depot Repair):
$85.00 per hour (*$65.00 diagnostic)

Warranty Repair – On Site (your location):
$65.00 per hour
