To raise or lower the base, simply adjust the tension knob to enable the pneumatic feature. Then, pull up on the pneumatic level while pushing down on or pulling up the table. Height adjusts from 27-3/4" to 36-3/4". Steel base with powder-coat finish includes a thick shaft and four-star bottom with four glides to protect your floor. The 1" thick top with a high-pressure, laminate surface is sold separately. You must order a top and base for a complete table.
