With this easy adjustment, you have the choice to sit or stand while you work and easily transition from one position to another. Weight capacity is 353 lb. The gray or black steel base (sold separately) features a soft start/stop control and a quiet motor (less than 50 decibels) to avoid disturbing others in the area.
