Extra heavy-duty shelf file is ideal for large government proposals or storage and filing of depositions. Design features a full 8-3/4" x 3/4" flexible manila tab. Nonembossed tab allows standard legal-size storage. Front is made of 32 point stock, and back is made 34 point stock. Tyvek gusset is 6-1/2" high and Mylar-reinforced.

Use fastener folders with two-ply tabs to color-code by the type of document you file. Folders offer the added convenience of installed fasteners. Each folder has two fasteners.

Designed to be the "Iron Man" of end-tab file pockets, this virtually indestructible file pocket won't rip out, even when pulled from the shelf by the gusset. Full-height gusset is fully lined with tear-resistant Tyvek, features special rollover reinforcement at the top and extends into the front and back panels twice as far as standard file pockets. Expansion is 3-1/2". Hidden reinforcement strip at the point of greatest stress adds to durability. Extra-wide pockets with straight-cut tabs accommodate standard, top-tab, letter-size file folders.

Create files within files. Sturdy dividers with fasteners on both sides allow storing information under several subdivisions in each folder. Dividers have 1/3-cut tabs that are 3/8" high for identifying subdivisions. Ideal for legal-size project, personnel, real estate, accounting and banking files. Folders have 1/2" wide end tabs that are straight-cut, 3" expansion, rounded top corners, matching-color Tyvek tape, and 2" prong K-style fasteners in positions No. 1 and 3. Dividers have a 1" twin-prong fastener and are fully taped to the gusset. Dividers are made of 17 point kraft stock. Folders are made of 25 point Pressboard stock with a high percentage of recycled material.

End-tab classification folders make ideal project files because they allow you to create subdivisions of material within one folder. Straight-cut tab offers plenty of labeling space. Fasteners on the front and back panels and the one divider create separate filing surfaces. Two 2" prong B-style fasteners are in positions No. 1 and 3. Folders are made of 18 point stock. Dividers are made of 18 point stock. 1/3-cut tabs on dividers are 3/8" high. Dividers are fully taped to the gusset. Both sides of each divider have 1" prong fasteners. Letter-size folders expand 2".

Color-coded alphabetical labels help put an end to misfiled records and cut filing and retrieval time. Labels wrap around the folder tab (top tab or end tab) so they are readable from both sides of the folder. Color is compatible with other Alpha-Z label styles. Clear laminate keeps labels clean and colors bright, even with frequent handling. Each sheet has 10 labels.

Heavy-duty classification folders feature patent-pending SafeShield Coated Fastener Technology to help prevent paper tears, finger cuts and excessive fastener crinkling. SafeShield adds protection for papers and fingers while also reducing fastener crinkling. Fasteners on front and back panels and dividers create separate filing surfaces within one folder. These two 2" coated fasteners on the panels are in positions 1 and 3. Folder also offers a 2" expansion and is made of sturdy 25 point Pressboard stock with matching color Tyvek tape. The two dividers offer a 1" SafeShield-coated twin-prong fastener and are made of 17 point stock. Folder tab is 2/5 cut. Divider tab is 3/8" high and 1/3 cut.

Folders offer strength, durability and efficiency with embossed end tab for easy label positioning. The 9" front height allows labels on top and end. Heavyweight folders offer a 3/4" expansion. 1/2" wide tabs are in assorted 1/3 cut positions.

Bonded-style fastener folders are polylaminate reinforced on the bottom score and have double-ply, full-cut tabs. Reinforcement on the bottom prevents bursting or splitting for exceptional strength and durability. Legal-size folders are made of extra heavy, 11 point manila stock. Each folder has two 2" capacity fasteners in positions No. 1 (right top) and No. 3 (top left).
