X-ray jackets are made of heavy, 11 point stock with report pocket. Printed to accommodate the recording of X-ray dates and notations. X-ray jackets do not include labels.

Convertible End-Tab/Top-Tab Expanding File Pocket provides an innovative split-score tab that converts it instantly from an end-tab shelf pocket to a top-tab file pocket. Use for standard shelf filing applications, or fold back the reinforced split-score end-tab and file in your desk drawer. Drop front provides quick access to file contents. File pocket also features manila stock with fully laminated, reinforced gussets.

Unlike ACCS style labels, these bar-style alphabetical labels are for end-tab folders only. Color-coding labels are tab products compatible. Self-adhesive makes them easy to use. Label measures 1-1/4" wide x 1" high (before folding).
